Thank you so much Scott! I loved the idea of this and I really feel like it will help me to evaluate my time and reflect on what's working and what isn't. I know there apps that probably do something similar but I think putting it to paper is more effective.

Hey fellow BP members,

I was recently re reading Set for Life by @Scott Trench and was wondering if anyone knows of a printable version of the "daily time log" that he mentions and outlines in the back of the book? Or anything similar to that? Looking to really dial in on my goals and feel like it's a great tool for progress and accountability. Thanks ahead of time!

My friend and I are new to real estate investing and are looking to partner on a deal. He is military and wants to use his VA loan to help us start. I want to know if anyone with some more experience and knowledge can give us on advice if A) this is possible ? B) if there are any limitations ? Thanks ahead of time!

@Justin Rogers Hey Justin, I'd love to man. Always looking to meet like minded people. Let's get together and chat soon.

@Chris Mason thanks for your response! I’ll keep that in mind for sure.

Hey BP family,

I wanted to get some opinions on how beneficial it would be to get my real estate license as someone who is just starting off in real estate investment? I'm looking at it from more of a learning/networking stand point then from a save money down the line on commissions stand point? It's also important to note that I do have a full-time job already (it's in outside sales which does give me some flexibility). Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated!

Hey BP Community!

My name is Kevin McGevna and I am new to both the Tampa area and real estate investing. I've been educating myself on real estate investment for quite some time now and am looking to help in any way possible as I start on this journey towards my first deal. My goal is to start with a multifamily buy and hold investment, more specifically a duplex. In the mean time I'm looking to connect with like minded individuals in the area whether it be seasoned vets in the game or less experienced investors like myself. Everyone has to start somewhere so I'm looking to help in anyway possible in an effort to get real time experience. Whether it be driving to and checking out properties, sifting through deals, or doing some "grunt" work let me know if there is any way we can help each other out.

Some value I believe I can bring is in my reach! My current outside sales position takes me from Fort Myers up through Gainesville and then over to St. Augustine down to Boca and everything in between. Instead of sitting in hotels or bars while on the road I'd love to turn this into productive time that can benefit my real estate investment career. Like I said earlier, if I can help in anyway during this time then lets connect and get the ball rolling.

Thanks ahead of time!
