I just stumbled onto biggerpockets.com. I absolutely love the podcast and all of the free content. I just started learning about real estate investing and working with mentors in different fields to learn from some of their experiences that they are sharing with me. I'm a project manager for a forensic engineering company by day and my goal is to generate $10,000 per month of passive income from rental properties. I am working on eliminating my personal debts and then working towards finding good deals on MLS. I am young and hoping to start off with as clean as slate as possible. I wonder if you all could share you experiences with me. I am hoping to set-up an LLC for my rental properties. Do any of you do that? Do you set-up a separate LLC for each rental property? I have been reading a lot about the BARRRR and BRRRR methods and am excited by all of the tax incentives that are offered to investors. I have much to learn but am eager to begin my journey!
