Hi, As part of my due diligence on a C class multiplex, I am planning to invest in, in south Houston, I got a police crime report stating that the police dept gets 10-11 calls/ month on that property, has 12 crimes recorded over the last 6 months. Is this a red flag or should I just expect this in a C class neighborhood. Can anybody advise ?
