Hey! I have a potential property that I want to wholesale but I don’t think the owner lives there, what would be the best way to contact them? I have propstream and tried using the skip tracing feature but didn’t get much info other than the mailing address. I was wondering if anyone had any other approaches. Any thoughts would be great!

Hey! I’m new to the Real Estate world and I’m considering going into Fixing and Flipping. What would be the best way to approach this and the best way to get started? Any advice would be great, thank you!
