I think they banned it last June. Existing licenses are given 18 months and then finito! Very tough position from the city.

Jay I intend to do exactly what you planned to do 8 months ago, and for the exact same reasons. Entering the properties, talking to the seller agent directly, fast action/reaction, shorter process.

So I am curious, how did it work out for you?
