@adamlacey I'm in south jersey just outside of Philadelphia, I'll check Greg out thank you!

Hey Everyone!  Can anyone point me in the right direction to understand how to do ground-up multifamily development (5 units or over)?  Additionally, it'd be great to understand the same concept for storage units.  I've been building single-family homes and developing single-family rentals, but am looking to move up in the world.  I need to get a better grasp of how the underwriting works to make these projects profitable.  Thank you in advance!

What management companies are the folks who have a STR in the Poconos using? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks @Eric P. I wasn't aware of that ruling.  I'm changing my strategy as we speak!

Thanks Chris!  Yes my firm, Kore Design Architecture, specializes in multifamily housing in and around Philadelphia.  We'd be happy to help you navigate the process!

@Cassandra Sifford Great job on getting your first one!  I'm honestly not sure where yet either, I've been eyeing up Wilmington, but honestly don't know the area that well.  I plan on reaching out to a realtor to get the lay of the land, but it's awesome to hear you're having success there.  That's been my biggest worry because of the low rents.  Do you personally see anything going for $1,200 or higher for a 2/1 apartment?

@James Masotti That's great, I'll definitely reach out him.  Thank you so much for the advise!

I'm looking to start my investment career in Delaware.  I'm nervous about jumping in, so I wanted to see if anyone here is doing it successfully.  I'm personally trying to obtain 18 units total over the next couple of years, and would love to learn from someone who's already done it.

Hey Guys,

I've been watching biggerpockets podcast on youtube for the past several months to increase my investing intelligence.  I'm charging up to invest in the south jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware markets.  I'm looking to connect with the core four to help me build my portfolio.  I'm looking to purchase high margin/cash flowing properties.  I plan on keeping my day job of owning an architecture firm, but would also love to have multiple streams of revenue.

I'd like to connect with like minded people, who have personally built financially freedom for themselves.   I'm looking forward to connecting!

Thanks,

Kevin
