Hello Everyone, I have posted here a couple times previously but now looking to fine-tune my business plan and get a jump on my future.  A little about me: I am an up and coming Junior at Rutgers University New Brunswick.  I owned and operated a small landscaping business that I started my junior year of high school and sold it last July due to just being tired of it and wanting to try other fields.  I started off selling candy my sophomore year of high school and before that I was making YouTube videos of skateboarding getting people to click on my monetized advertisements, lol.

So what I am trying to do is basically start a full-service real estate business offering wholesaling, PM, listings, etc.  I am an entrepeneur at heart and have the personality for it but I just don't really know how to thrive in this business so to speak.  If any one has any advice on how to go about this type of business knowing my drive and ambition that would be appreciated! -- P.S. Also have a good amount of capital to start with, especially as a 20 year-old.  Thank you for all your help and happy investing!

Kevin

I have found 2 partners who are my fraternity brothers. One has real estate license and is very knowledgeable and the other is an accounting major: very smart. We were going to each chip in 20k and one of the guys moms will co sign. I. Will be houSe hacking it. Thoughts?
Christopher B. Thank you Chris great advice! But with all those tips id still have to co sign correct?
Christopher B. Hey Chris great tips. What are construction draws?
John Hickey hey John thanks for the kind words and yes I worked in college so far but I am planning on getting an actual on the books job to supplement the loans I would need. Problem in my area (morristown Nj) the houses are too damn expensive.
Hey everyone. Long story short: I ran a landscaping company the past 3 years and sold it in July. I want to buy an investment property so badly but I will definitely not qualify for a bank loan since I have no real income on the books coming in. Any ways to get around this? Thank you!

Hello Everyone, my name is Kevin.  I am a junior at Rutgers University. A little about myself: I started a landscaping company y junior year of high school and sold it last july for a hefty profit. I am in all sense of the word business savvy. How wouldn't i go about starting a real estate business at this age with about 60k saved? Any tips or advice? I have a very outgoing personality and  strong work ethic. Thank you everyone!
