How many emails do you have on your buyers list, and how many of those contacts would you say are serious investors? 

Do you have multiple big lists in multiple cities? 

Have you been able to monetize it without having to painstakingly make personal connections?

What software do you use to market to your buyers list and how much does it cost monthly? 

Looking to connect with Wholesalers/Flippers/Investors. My company, TwnSqr, is like an off-market MLS where you can post your deals for free and tap into our buyers network.
