Hello.  If you have sat in on Ari Newman's "How to Use the Financial Calculator to Structure Better Deals" training session, what feedback can you provide? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not brokering. . .The seller asked to extend the settlement for a month. . .They needed more time to clear the property out. . .I was planning on purchasing the property but had equity tied up in a current rehab. . .I was honest and asked to show the property to a potential partner. . .Seller refused. . .Partner would not commit with out seeing the interior.

I had a property under contract. . .The seller refused to allow me to conduct a walk-through with a potential partner. . .Can I terminate the contract and be refunded earnest deposit on the grounds that "Buyer may make two pre-settlement walk-through inspections of the property (Section 12.A.2 of the PA ASR)"?
