Hi Lois Several years ago I did Judgment recovery in McHenry County. You need to know who the employer is and go to the court (Winnebago County?) and have an order drawn up and served on the employer for the wage garnishment. I am not a lawyer and I am not providing legal advice but that's what I would do.

I retired from law enforcement after 35 years and I have thought about getting into real estate for quite awhile. I work a part time job just to stay active at a local airport, however I am looking to leave and pursue real estate on my own.
