Thank you, I will check out the demographics in those areas. Do you work with many investors in those areas?

Hi @Kevin Farr, the markets that came to mind when I read your post  are:

  • Little Rock, AR
  • Oklahoma City, OK
  • Tulsa, OK
  • Wichita, KS

There are many others that could be mentioned, but these cities tend to offer good Rent:Value ratios and favorable economic outlooks, according to some.

Thanks Justin, I forgot about that feature and will look to use it!

Me and my partner are sitting on about 200k cash and want to get started in RE. We are in a high cost market and want to spread the cash out over a few properties with good returns. We have no connections and would be willing to look into talking with someone with opportunities in a good area.

Basically, we are wanting to know some good starting points. I know population growth, job sources, landlord friendly laws, and goals are important. Like the title says we are focused on long term holds with good cash flow and low entry point to buy. Again if you’re in an area that fits that I’d appreciate if you reached out and we connected! Thank you.

Post: Wallpaper glue residue

I have wallpaper that removes super easy that doesn’t damage the wall when removed, but does leave some glue residue that makes the surface rough. Scraping it doesn’t do much because it’s not thick.

Is there a solution that would work to wash it off? Any prep that should be done to it before I paint over the top?

Thank you.
