I'm to build a company website specifically for real estate investors. I've found two: LeadPropeller and Propelio. Are there others? Your suggestions and feedback would be great. 

 @Jerryll Noorden, cold calling happens every day in all sorts of industries. It's not illegal as long as you follow the SEC guidelines.

Very helpful advice from everyone here. I will be diving into cold-calling for wholesale deals starting next week. Does anyone in this thread have some general guidelines, checklist, or questions to ask the seller?

My name is Kevin Dinh and I am a noob to real estate investing. I grew up in Dallas, Texas who has been residing in Houston for the past 3 years. I'm currently a business development manager for a finance company that provides working capital for small businesses (MCA - Merchant Cash Advance).  I have a background in sales, management, marketing, and finance with an entrepreneurial spirit. I am looking to learn more about real estate investing. I do not have any real estate experience. I hunger for knowledge!
