Driving around and seeing these signs pop up, what is the best way to reach out to these people to help them with selling?  I am looking for my first listing and I hear for sale by owners are easiest to reach and connect with.  Any effective tips are appreciated. thanks.

my brokers office is located about 50-60 (inland empire) miles away from where i spend most of my time at (los angeles/orange county).

reason why i joined that office is because my buddy works there and wanted me to join. but im looking to farm in LA/OC

My business cards and postcards will have this inland empire address on it and im worried i will have trouble getting leads because my office is pretty far. will it effect my business? should i find an office closer? any input is appreciated thank you.

need a solid list of books to get me started taking action on the investment side.  with all the information available its a bit overwhelming on where to start.  Any input is greatly appreciated.
