My name is Kevin Chamberlain and I'm an aspiring real estate investor from Fletcher, NC. I currently work in the ER, but I'm growing dissatisfied with my job and don't want to work for somebody else.
Real estate investing is enticing because it will allow me to spend more time with my wife and kids. Money is my number one stressor and real estate can help neutralize that.
I am buying my first house next year and will rent out one of the rooms to my mother in law. My plan is to invest in multifamily properties and buy at least one property a year. My father owns several properties and he is willing to sell one to me to help jumpstart my real estate business.
I am extremely excited with this new endeavor. I've never had a true dream to chase until now. I've been listening to the BP podcast and every episode is stoking my zeal and motivation to embark on this exciting and scary journey.
