Post: Guide to Contractor Garages

Hi Rammy,

I stumbled on this thread while monitoring my Contractor Garage brand. I'm Kevin Combs and I am the OG of Contractor Garages since 2010. I coined the term and have since trademarked it. Over the last couple of years social media influencers have ran with my brand as a term/category of real estate... much like how CrossFit is both a brand but also created a type of exercise. Contractor Garage is a branded category of commercial real estate that bridges mini storage with flex industrial. It is smaller and less expensive, per month, than flex industrial, typically 500-1000sf, and NOT to be confused with flex industrial which has a storefront, HVAC, and a restroom. A CG typically does not have these features in efforts to be less expensive per month. They are two different products for two different users.

Investment Info:

Industrial industrial investment investment.

Purchase price: $3,000,000
Cash invested: $50,000

Just one of many Contractor Garage developments
