Post: Traveling Nurse Agencies

Hello BP members! Does anyone know traveling nurse agencies that look for long term leases on homes near hospitals to place their nurses in (i.e. the agency enters into a lease with a third party landlord, hopefully me, and essentially subleases to their traveling nurses for shorter periods of time)? Do hospitals do this as well by any chance for their doctors/patients? I am specifically asking for the Atlanta and Athens, GA areas. Thanks!

@Andrew B. and @Taylor L. both great points. It could turn into an administrative nightmare and fraudulent transcripts produced by some creative college students wouldn't be a huge surprise. Thanks for your insight on this idea!

Hello BP members,

I am looking to invest in an area that is dominated by college students and was wondering if anyone has attempted to give a small discount on rent at the end of a semester pending the maintenance or improvement of a tenants GPA? The idea being to promote studying instead partying (potentially decreasing the damage/complaints on the property), incentivizing the tenant to stay throughout their college career (decreasing turnover/vacancy), and developing some additional motivation for a tenant to choose my property over another similar property.

Is this idea potentially feasible and beneficial? Or is it seemingly unrealistic and risky (legally speaking)?

Thanks!
