I'm looking at an out of state rental. What are people doing to secure a home out of state (inspections,.....), do you fly out to see home and how do you find a management co to manage them? Thanks

somewhat of topic, is it smart to use a wholesaler to help find overlooked properties?

thanks for responding. I've got lots of questions, but maybe I start with where I'm at. I'm a business owner that has 1 buy and hold right now in kearns. I have another in ogden that I'm waiting to see if offer is accepted. Id like to be able to better recognize "good" deals to buy and hold, good markets in utah. My range right now is up to 250,000$ I also think idaho is the next area that is prime for investing. How about you?
