Floors and Decor on Glenside has Granite for as low as $5.99 per square foot sold in  9 1/2 foot preformed countertop slabs. Anyone know a local person who would be willing to do the fabrication ( sink cut outs etc)  Guess I could find someone with a circular saw or grinder but would love to have something more reliable.

Clearly, these guys with the Bridge saws and CNC routers want to sell you the granite as well :(

I am in Richmond and Hampton Roads va. Does anyone know how to get economical insurance for your flips? i know the insurer doesn't like vacant properties but rates are way too high. Thanks!
