@Bishop Long. Back in 2013 I start a little real estate investing business with my friend. We purchased a couple rentals and did a flip. I still own one rental property

Happy Labor Day!

I have a question, I am looking to buy a duplex to do some house hacking and get back into real estate investing. Unfortunately, I do not have any extra cash to put down for a down payment. However, I do have a 401K I can take money out of to cover my down payment and I also have a rental property that has a some equity in it.

Would you advice to take out money from my 401k or refinance my current home and take out some of the equity to purchase the duplex?
