I am a newbie out of state investor who bought a property in Jonesboro last year. The tenant did not perform and had to be evicted. In addition, my property manager also does not want to manage the property any longer. Can someone please recommend a good property manager in the area who is intimately familiar with that neighborhood and can help me rent and manage that property? Thanks.
