Hey Ryan Betzing great job on your first two projects. Positive cash flow is great and as long you can cover your CAP-EX and vacancy you are doing great. You may also be able to leverage these two property's using a home equity line of credit. That would give you capital to invest and you soundly have to sale the the houses. I'm in the Houston market how is the SAN Angelo market compared?
