Hi. I'm Kevin from Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been away from BP and real estate investing in general for few years but want to get back into it. Currently I have 3 rentals in Utah but am open to consider out of state now.

What states/cities/neighborhoods make sense to invest in considering current cash flow, demand for rentals, future appreciation, etc anywhere in the US with minimum of 20% down?

Matt K. What option (a or b) do you prefer if you could do either? Do you have to purchase all cash in individual’s name or can you do delayed mortgage in an llc?

Trust me, if I could do what you are saying, I would do. Been looking apartments and mobile home parks, retail strip malls, etc. Nothing really good right now. In theory sounds good but in practice, its a lot harder to find what you are saying in Utah right now
