That's weird. The button doesn't show up for me. I'm unable to save anything

If you go to your profile and attempt to add an Investment are you able to find a submit button on the pop-over?

I cannot edit any info on my profile or connect with a real estate agent. Anytime a "pop-up" (modal) comes up on the site it does not have a "Submit" button, only an option to close it and discard. Anyone else having the same issue?

I own 4 of them now in Big Bear Lake

Best 3 things:

They make a ton of money and are booked at almost 100% occupancy all year.

The real estate isn't that expensive although that is quickly changing

The city ordinances aren't as strict as Palm Springs

Worst 3 things:

Very difficult to find reliable vendors, mainly cleaning service

Local crime is very high

11% transient rental tax on gross income

If I could start over I'd still invest there, it has made a great investment so far, but it has been very stressful. I'd be happy to get you in touch with the right people in Big Bear Lake if you message me directly.

I like Wheelhouse. August Smart Lock is best in my opinion. Ecobee 4 for thermostat. smartbnb for messaging and automation. Don't have a calendar app, just sync Airbnb to VRBO and TripAdvisor. Smartbnb and wheelhouse make my life way easier. I use smartbnb to automate text messages to my cleaning and hot tub staff.

Make sure you get over 20%, it is a ton of work!

You could just buy a Google domain and point it towards your Airbnb URL. Congrats on your first short term rental property! I was in your shoes a year ago, now I have four STRs. This is my favorite resource for tips: airhostacademy.com

That's awesome @Mike R. I think we talked before I bought my first Big Bear property, and now I'm on my 4th Big Bear property. Managed 20 for awhile then gave it up to focus on my own. Now I just manage 3 extras. They are really amazing investments. @Sarah Block, happy to answer any questions you have.

@Nancy Bachety, I've been using it with over 20 listings for 6 months now. Saves me so much time. Automated booking confirmations, check in messages. It automatically texts my cleaner and spa person when a new reservation is made and the day of a check in, and it includes how many guests and how many nights they are stay. Really awesome. Automates leaving reviews too.

I prefer Smartbnb. It does an awesome job of integrating everything and keeping all your listings synced up. Automated messaging and market reports too
