Does anyone recommend a good online method for collecting rent payments? I’ve been using Zillow for a few years. It’s ok but just seems to take a week for funds to clear.

I have a vacant unit and I'm hesitate on getting it occupied during the eviction moratorium. Anyone doing anything different with screening? It's unfortunate some individuals take advantage of the system.

@Mike Cumbie I agree with you 100%. I recently just got out of the same battle and it was too much energy wasted. It's a shame that people take advantage of the system. It's good that we have a platform to share experiences and learn from others.
