I keep a huge envelope in the car with me and put them in there.......i also take pics and email it to myself.

Whenever i get a call back i always go run comps and see who owner is.....then i call them back if everything looks great, within the hour.....

Kinda sticky situation since its your grandfather.......me i would do it 50/50 just to keep things civil.....and its your first deal....maybe on the next deal you can split it differently because you will have some more knowledge.....

Good Morning! So i have been wholesaling for about as long as you and i have yet to do my first deal yet........however, I have looked at 3 properties........1 property we even got to the point where we sent the seller a contract and they stalled us and changed their mind......The other 2......i got a feeling that they will be calling me back soon........Keep your head up and stay determined.........dont give up.....as i have yet to give up and will keep pushing!!!!

@John Morgan 1.25 for each lead/case.......it could be 10 actual properties in that lead though. it was 29 leads this time so it came up to under $40.

im in indy and got the run around too. somehow i ended up having to put a request in with a judge to get that info.....smh i actually found a person and i do pay for it but its like 1.25/lead
