Working out more and Reading more of the suggested books from the famous 4........I want to get back to working out twice a day like I was.......felt so amazing after those workouts.....

Hello, If wholesaling is what you want to do......DO IT.....Go to the Local meetups.....network on here....and in fb groups........drive for dollars.....put the time in and remain humble and steadfast and you will make progress.
