 Hello Ryan, these are some of the kinds of tasks I am thinking about for Boots on the Ground.

  • Lockbox installation
  • Key duplication, meeting locksmiths, digital lock code changes
  • Meeting cleaners, landscapers, tradespeople
  • Property walk-throughs via phone and/or video conferencing
  • Move-in and move-out inspections
  • Placing signage on properties
  • Photos and videos
  • Scheduling contractors and tradespeople for vacant properties
  • Status reports on contractor/tradespeople progress

I’m a newbie investor and landlord. I’m looking to self-manage and turn one of my units into a midterm rental. Any tips on where to find boots on the ground? Also are there any apps or software recommended for self-managing?
