So the "due on sale" clause wouldn't apply here?

@David Alvarado @Jaysen Medhurst I did my calculation as all 4 units rented. I appreciate the input on ARV, water bill payment, and lawn care. I guess it would be a smart to analyze the property while I'm living in the property. I'll definitely factor all of this in my next analysis.
