Great day everyone. 

I have been studying wholesaling for about a month or 2 I feel ready but still a little confused in certain areas. Should I still study more or should I just go for it?

My name is Kenyona, from baltimore MD. I am new to real estate. My goal is to start wholesaling and get into commercial properties. I know a little about wholesaling but there are still some things that I am not too confident in, so I'm here on BP to gain more knowledge and to network.
