Where is everyone getting windows? I want to have my crew install them but want to purchase it right out to install.

Is there a way that I could submit properties to someone and pay them for doing the comps for me? Or is there a way to get software that can do it?

Quote from @Costin I.:

@Kenton Guidry - how much theInvestorEdge.com charge for their course? I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").

And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning. I love spending hours researching projects" - sounds like you are good at self-education. You can find on BP ALL the information you are looking for, more than you can digest or any course will feed you. That, a few podcasts, a few select books, and a couple of subscriptions choke full of info material (less than 100$/month), maybe a couple mentorship programs (for less than 2K/year), and a lot of action on your part and you'll be a lot better than paying $$K for "gurus".

To rephrase, do you have more money than you know what to do with or an urgent need to get it to work for you, together with a lot of time on your hands ready to take massive action? That would be the only combo that might justify an expensive training program (and there are very few that are real and worth).

IMO, the benefit/cost ratio worth considering is 10 to 1. For example, if I have 100K burning a hole in my pocket and don't know how to put it to work in RE, then maybe a good and proven 10K mentorship might be worth. Or, if I have 5K and found a good program that guarantees making 10x (50K) by the end of it. Otherwise, start with $20 books that will give you more than 2K worth of education. Ten of them, $200 and you'll have 20K worth of knowledge to put in practice.

PM me if you want more info/assistance.

This is really helpful information. The Investers Edge charges $5990 plus $200 a month for ongoing support. The more I read and absorb the more I feel like I could do this without a company like that.  I wish I could find someone who is already doing fix and flips, and volunteer my time. I definitely have more time than money. Between cash, and credit availability I can get $15k to fund something without impacting my household income. Then starting June 1st I will also have 1K a month to also use or save.

I have read many reviews about the Investors Edge. Most are negative except the google reviews that seem fake.

I love that they have a process in place to teach the process.

Is there any legitimate company that I can work with that has a similar model?

Has anyone paid for BNB Formula, STR Secrets or any other Air BnB Arbitrage Coaching/ Mentorship that helped them get started with their Air BnB Arbitrage journey? Did you find it effective and is it worth the money?

We are part of Tony Robinson's Alpha Host Academy and it covers everything STR related (i.e. taxes, arbitrage, cohosting, buying, operating, etc.). I would be happy to refer you to the right person if you are interested, just let me know!

Are you still using the Aloha Host Academy? I have a call with them and wondering how your experience has been.

Quote from @Jonathan Greene:

You don't need to pay for a mentor. You want to go to meetups, meet people, and fall into a mentor by adding deal options, sweat equity, or some other skillset to help them. The reason you broke even was because you did it all by yourself. You should feel good that you broke even, but you probably bought too high and estimated way too low.

That is exactly what happened. I was not sure on the way to decide on a price, nor to estimate the repair cost.

Quote from @Doug Smith:

I always question first time posters end their post by saying "I saw this company called "X"". If you're for real, my apologies, but your post looks like a sly ad.

I can understand that. The vibe I am getting is that there are a bunch of these companies out there and maybe they are good or maybe they are just a scam. I am trying to determine if there is any company that will help the process like they do.

I flipped one house and ended up breaking even. I had no help from anyone that has done this before.

What is the most effective way to get a mentor?

I see this company called Investors Edge. They help you find the property, evaluate how the profit will work, and help get funding.
