We have 2 rental houses in Detroit insured by Arcana Insurance and they have informed us they will no longer insure houses in Detroit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kent and Jennifer

Hi All,

I own a 3/1 class C house on Nottingham Rd, Detroit, MI 48224. I have owned it for more than a year with Property Management in place. They have not rented it for even one single day and now it has been broken into for the second time. I know Property Management is difficult. But, I need Property Management that can do better. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
