Short term rental in Bastrop TX

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It just made sense

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it off market

How did you finance this deal?

Seller financing

How did you add value to the deal?

I am an expert in the real estate market in Bastrop as an Realtor that has ranked in the Top 1% of agents in Bastrop County for many years.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Myself since I am a real estate agent and know Bastrop county very well. I sourced the property off market and secured seller financing, and I also self manage it as an Airbnb host with nothing but 5 star reviews.

I am under contract to purchase a property on 4 acres with two manufactured homes, but the hard money lender I use does not loan on them.  Does anyone know one who will?  It's a no brainer deal, and will rent out for 1% of purchase price easily, and is under market value by 75-100k.  Very thankful in advance for any guidance!!!

You can find new builds, you just need to work with an agent who knows the local builders.  5 of the 6 homes I have under contract never hit the market, sold for less than market price, and with no competition.  Be wary though, there are substandard builders selling garbage at the same price.
