You must have been on someones list or opted-in to something to get tons of emails about me during my launch. As I said to Charles, launches can be exhausting due to the amount of emails you get in your inbox daily from everyone you're signed up with ...and I did have quite a few people helping spread the word about the free training I was giving away.

Hopefully you saw some of that free content and it was worth hearing about it from everyone lol.

On a serious note though, launches are a GREAT way of getting your message out there to the masses. Not many people knew about me until 3 weeks ago. Well, some did because of other trainers who spoke about me, but certainly not the amount of people who know about me now and the word is still spreading. So as a marketing tactic...it worked. However, I can also see your point of view how it can be a turn off due to the amount of emails you get during a launch.

Well now that the launch is over, how would you recommend I continue my marketing? How would you recommend I start to communicate with my new students and future students? I'm eager to learn and hear your point of view because we're going to be exploring different things. I want to be sure not to treat my students as just another "customer/subscriber" on my list. So I'm open-minded is what I'm saying.

Good for you and your wife! What you're doing is what I'm starting to do : ) I never held on to much until now. I learned my lesson after what I went through with the FL market. So I'm holding on to all I can now with prices the way they are now.

I just bought an 351 unit apartment building in Dayton Ohio with my partner about 2 months ago and looking at buying 2 more right now. Also getting quite a few houses deeded over to me free and clear after selling some packages, hope to have at least 100 nice free and clear houses over the next 2 years bringing in cash flow. I'm off to a good start here...the strategy is working so far : )

This was the biggest mistake I made before though (not holding on to properties), I was only after the fast cash when I was wholesaling and never put any attention or thought into holding some of the good deals. So you're doing the right thing and for the past year I've changed my long-term plans and I'm striving to do what you've done (having tons of deals free and clear raining cash lol).

Good luck on your first apartment building. Be sure to keep us in the loop on how things turn out there if you don't mind.

Yea, I was in the middle of a launch. I know the emails from everybody can get exhausting lol!

The program teaches people how to invest in the Bulk REO & note business with no cash. I know you said earlier that's not possible and normally that's true...but remember, I had to figure out how to do it with no cash, because I almost lost it all due to the FL crash. Many of my first deals were structured that way. Now I do bigger deals with cash and I teach how to do those also by buying direct from the bank. I teach how to get houses for free, I teach about doing short sales quickly because you became the bank by buying the note amongst a lot of other stuff. The program comes with a home study course and on-going live training on bulk reo's and notes. I allow my students to get trained by my mentor and partner who taught ME the business, plus a bunch of other stuff like software and cash buyers etc . That's the program in a nutshell.

Tell me more about you. Looks like you're very active on BP (see I'm learning the lingo already lol).

I do allow my students access to our listings and I also teach them how to do it on their own. This coming week we're closing on another one which will bring us up to 7 packages (Bulk REO & NPN) in our inventory.

BUT...lets forget about my program for now. I want to prove to you that I'm the real deal so I can address any concerns you had about me by inviting you to see my operation first hand behind the scenes in Tampa. I want to be completely transparent with you. I want you to be the one to come since you started this thread and then you can come back on here and report your findings once you got all the facts yourself : ) After that if you still want to learn more about my program, that's fine, but ONLY after I prove to you that I'm very credible and address your concerns : ) Let me know if you're interested.

BTW: Yes, I have very very very good connections : ) The issue you're talking about above with listings being stale does happen when you have everybody marketing your product. It dilutes the product and then after a while, no one wants it. You won't ever see our stuff floating around on the web, because I don't allow it.

Kenny here : ) I guess I should invite you personally to my office here in Tampa FL to meet me in person and get ALL the facts for yourself without speculation from others who've never met me or done business with me. You've never heard of me because I'm not a guru...I ACTUALLY do this business sun up to sun down lol. Don't believe me? Well...come see for yourself. Come meet my staff. Want to meet my partners? Well, we can do that too. I'm very transparent and have nothing to hide. I agree that you should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do your research before you buy anything or have someone coach you. Make sure they do this business and are ACTIVE in the marketplace to know what really works now! I've been investing for 10 years now (no one above got the actual number right...shows how much they know about me lol) and built the LARGEST real estate wholesaling operation in Tampa FL...that's a fact, until I lost my shirt due to the market crash. I thought I knew it all, but I didn't. I stumbled across the Bulk REO niche which saved my life and so I decided to teach people what I know. That's my story in a nutshell.
