Matt that depends on what the investor is looking for. We try to fit their needs, but we typically stay in SFR and Multi-family but would be open to anything that you are interested in.

Matt, it really depends on the investor. We will try to find the best fit for them.

We tend to stay toward single and multi-family but are open to anything
