Hey all I am a new member who just discovered BiggerPockets earlier this month. I current own my first rental property i bought a little over a year ago. I now have enough money saved up to start putting offers on property's again. That is when i find one that looks good after running the numbers. Id vary much like to do the BRRRR Strategy but it depends on what type of property I find that is a steal deal. I also don't have any experience in fixing up property's so im on the look out for a good contractor to use if i find a fixer upper. Im vary new to this real estate investing and am always ready and willing to learn more. i have read many books on real estate but only have experience in the one property i currently own. I have learned so much from BiggerPockets in the short amount of time since i have discovered them and i look forward to learning even more thanks!
