@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thanks for the tips. Eager to dig in. I'll look into those links... I read first 5 chapters of the beginners guide last night and planning to finish it up tonight.

Hello BP world. Newbie here soaking in real estate investment info. I have been working as a customer service rep for a landscaping / home care company for the past 8 years... but am seeking passive income with positive cash flow. Books under by belt so far:

  • Cash flow Quadrant
  • Rental Property Investing! 

Looking to network, learn, and build from this community. Attending a 3 day class this weekend and eager to get in the game as soon as I feel ready.
