Hey Biggerpockets World!

Im looking to do my first fix and flip in Tampa FL. I have my eye on a couple of potential deals but I would like to have a contractor come take a look so I can have a better estimate of the rehab cost. I've reached out to a few GC already but I'm looking to possibly get some recommendations of GC from Investors in the area!

Thanks,

Kenny C

Good Evening Biggerpockets community,

Im a new real estate investor looking to do my first buy and flip. I have been looking at distressed properties in  Florida. I have analyzed a lot of deals and I feel like I have a few potential ones that I can make a profit. I have been pre-approved for a conventional loan but now I am having trouble with them because the properties I have been looking at are "too distressed" and does not fall under their criteria. Ive reached out to RCN Capital and Lima One Capital for their buy and flip programs but representatives from both companies have informed me they only work with corporations. Im looking to see if you guys have any suggestions/tips to help in my current situation.

Thank you!
