Hi, I was curious to know if anyone has any experience using Facebook pay to collect rent, I recently had a tenant ask if they could use that to pay rent instead of paying cash or check. If anyone has any input I’d be glad to hear it!

Thank you,

-Kenny

Hi BP,

I’m looking to see if anyone has first hand knowledge and/ or experience with offering tenants rent to own options for SFHs or similar strategies, this topic is intriguing to me and I am trying to grow my knowledge base around it, if anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

-Kenny

Hello BP,

I’m currently staring out in my multi-family investing journey, I do not need any specific advice at the moment but I would love to hear how you started investing and where you are at now in your investing career and maybe include what your best and worst decisions were along the way!

Thanks,

Kenny
