My name is Ken and I very new to the real estate investing world. I have yet to buy my first property, but I am very eager to learn as much as I can and to meet other people in the area that are involved in real estate. Anyone involved in real estate from this area, please feel free to message me.

I live about 15 minutes from Lansingburgh and a family member of mine has about seven properties in the area. He does pretty well. You definitely need to know which areas to invest in. I am actually looking to start investing there also or surrounding areas. I am looking to buy my first property still. 

I live near Albany, I am looking for recommendations for an attorney too.
