I would love to come but Thursday is no good for me

Thanks Sean.  Is this strategy working pretty good for you?

I have one paid for Rental property and I really want a second property.  I feel like it will be much more difficult for me to get a loan on my second rental when I already have an outstanding mortgage on my primary residence.  Also, I was all pumped up to try to get another property now people are saying we might be at the top of the real estate market and everything is priced so high I am having trouble finding a good angle to jump in.

I have listened to a lot of the podcasts and the BRRR approach sounds pretty good. It sounds basically like flipping but instead of selling you rent it. Can somebody walk me through a BRRR scenario from beginning to end?
