     Hello, I'm new to BP. Learned a lot of information here. Looking to make my first deal before this year ends. I made that my goal. I have a few cash buyers and have bandit signs on the way and marketing on craigslist etc. 

     One thing I'm having a problem with is finding a title company that can close wholesale deals and double closings. I've called a ton places and the few that would do the deals told me I have to come up with my end of the funds for the first closing then close the deal with the cash buyer. I'm looking for a title company that can do a double closing where the cash buyer can blanket the whole deal. 

    Can anyone in the Atlanta or Metro Atlanta area guide me to the right direction to a title company that has experience with these kinds of deals?
