Post: Has Anyone Used Curbio or Metropolitan Before?

@Jacob Feldman

Metropolitan does not have a partnership agreement with Curbio. However, we have worked with Curbio on a number of transactions and highly recommend their services. Metropolitan fully supports Curbio’s business model and will readily finance projects where investors use their services to a higher degree than when investors work with other contractors.

Metropolitan is a full service real estate finance company. We work with all levels of investors and consumers assisting them with their real estate financing needs. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss your needs or to answer any of your questions.

@Tommy McEachin it is all going to depend on how much capital you have ready to invest.

Hi BP Family

I was thinking of having a live online discussion in May with other people who found success in starting and building a real estate portfolio/business so that we may learn from one another.

How interested would you all be in tuning in and/or participating in the discussion? Please reply and let me know your thoughts.

About me: I have purchased over 100 properties across the DC and MD. I was very successful starting from the ground up in the Baltimore, MD market. I formally worked at JP Morgan Chase Mortgage Division for about 15 years.

Hi Everyone -  I am typically active in the DC Forums and have been answering many questions about financing. I figured that there are probably even more people with questions outside of the DC forum.

I worked previously at JP Morgan Chase for about 15 years and am happy to give you my two cents and answer any questions.

Feel free to reply with your questions. You may directly message me if your questions are private and you do not wish to have information made publicly.

Getting financing is not a one size fits all. Qualifications are based on many factors such as down payment, credit, loan amount etc. If you are in need of financing, I am willing to give you my two cents. Feel free to reply with any questions. You may directly message me if your questions are private and you do not wish to ask publicly.

@Alex Ramirez I would be happy to assist in providing financing. This is a common situation that I encounter and is easily resolvable by anyone who understands the process. You do not need to negotiate with the seller for one of the units. There are specific laws that allow for your situation. Send me a message and I can provide you my cell. I can discuss it with you further on the phone.

@Tracy J. You will need to have a frank discussion with your broker. This is information that they should be giving you.
