I just finish reading how to invest by @JoshuaDorkin and @Brandonturner. N this weekend imma try to drive around n take pictures of abandon houses. I’m gonna take the steps. Like he said if I look at 10 properties a day n use the calculator it will help. So my thing is imma do the work every weekend. But I know the these houses are going to drop soon
