Post: Multi family Offer question

Hello everybody, I am putting together my first offer on an occupied duplex. I have a question about the language to use when requesting the leases for review of the current tenants. The question is a straightforward one, how should that request read?

One other question, if I’d like a copy of the maintenance logs and move in inspections should that be in the contract. If so, how should that read.

Thanks for your help.

Kenneth

@Brian Eastman great high level overview of the process, thanks! You bring up another question I am wrestling with, which is:because returns in the index market are so strong at this moment does it make financial sense to move the funds into a self directed IRA? Also, are there any products/provider that I should check out?

Hello Everyone, I am highly interested in applying some of 401k towards a self directed IRA. It seems like a good opportunity for me to get involved in real estate with out currently having a ton liquidity. However, I don’t know a ton about the process and what are the benefits and what are the risks. Also, any nuances I need to know about or be on the look out for? Thanks Kenneth
