Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $29,000

Small single-fam residence in a great rental area near new shops and good schools

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

IT came by way of trying to help two different people and the numbers worked out.
Generally seeking my first buy and hold.
Very simple first home

How did you finance this deal?

30 year mortgage

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am an agent and I bought FSBO
