I'm looking for a bank the provides HELOCs on investment properties in Omaha, NE. All the banks and credit unions I have found online only do HELOC for owner-occupied properties. I hope someone has a bank or credit union that they can recommend me. thanks!

Hi, I heard there is a limit of 30-year residential mortgages an investor can have. Is this true? I ask because I am trying to calculate what my portfolio will look like in 10 years and I didn’t factor in this limit of 30-year mortgages.
