Good Afternoon any suggusting i have a lead house is in great shape in a excllent neighborhood it maybe no more than 20k worth of work free an clear every flipper an real estate agent says it not worth (thats what the lady told me) it to get it at the price they like (real estate agents an flippers) should i still pursue. Need help!!!

I may missed a deal but at least I have talk to the seller. He states he want a higher amount that I can offer him. The reason being he wants to pay off the loan plus move what can I do to accommoadate for him or should I give him another call back a month from now to see if the house is still on the market????

Hey I have quick question since Iam wholesaling a property in the VA Beach (newbie) area I am trying to do reverse wholesaling do I tell my cash buyers that I have the property under contract by just giving them a little information about the property (forclosed home) or do I go ahead an talk to my realtor an get the house under contract an than market to cash buyers. I am under crunch time please help

P.S. I don't even have a title company line up yet please any advise will be great. Thanks so much

Hello Amanda Gus  on Zillow its States 168000k and I checked the areas around  that house all the houses go between from 220,000k-260,000k and plus I checked on my fresh comps also  so my fresh comps that I signed up for Zillow and plus the comps that she has sent me in my area they not that far off as far as how much the house will be worth after I repair it but the 78k has threw me in for the loop which that's why I haven't put in an offer ask to see the inside of the house yet

Hello Brandon reed actually the 78000 came from the comps that she sent me from that area alone I have 20 different comps that she has sent me where houses have sold for the last 6 months that states $78,000 but the actual MLS list states 168000

I'm a newbie in wholesaling and I have a huge question I'm trying to get this house that is foreclosed I understand I have to do a double close with the banks now on my MLS list it states that the house is $168,000 but when I asked my realtor to give me the comps in my area is states that the same house is worth $78,000 so which numbers do I go with is my question is that $168,000 is the actual number as far as when you fix up the house or no

please anybody help
