We have a rental property that was built in the 1960s with plumbing to match. The property has appreciated well in just the two years we purchased without doing much to the property. However, recently we have multiple plumbing issues that have it very difficult for our STR business. Doesn't seem to be leakage, more like recurrent blockage due to corrosion and the old cast iron piping. We are looking for solutions to replace the plumbing without breaking or evacuating the floors. I have read about Trenchless pipe lining. Does anyone know if this would be effective option? Or have any other suggestions?
