Hi All, kendrick here! I have a question. What are some of the most successful strategies you guys have used for getting invested in real estate without using your money at all? This pertains to flipping homes and also buying rentals. I’d love to know a way I could jump in without exhausting my funds.

Jeff Copeland there is a small amount there and I’m considering using it to reinvest in a second investment property.
