Thanks so much for the insight! As a non-resident, will I have to use a bank in Spain for obtaining a loan or are banks in the US open to giving loans on foreign properties?

Looking to buy my first home/ rental property in Spain (currently living and working here). Any suggestions or info on how to analyse financing for properties in Europe?
